At NUXE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NUXE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
